I studied violin, viola and composition at the Royal Welsh College of Music before performing with professional ensembles and composing new works for film, music theatre and contemporary dance across the UK and Canada. These included critically acclaimed productions of Brecht's The Caucasian Chalk Circle, Shakespeare's The Tempest and collaborations with Charles Wilkinson, one of Canada's leading social documentarians.

My work focuses on the sensuous sounds of multi-layered violas within an enriched electronic ecosystem. Described as ‘hauntingly beautiful’ and ‘truly original’, it draws from the soul of acoustic stringed instruments and analogue electronics, transforming them into enchanting and vivid new dramas.

I license my music for moving image projects independently and via Zerokilled Music in New York. If you would like to use my music in your production or commission new work please get in touch, I'd love to hear about your project!
